About the chamber
Advocate, Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench — criminal, civil, family, writs and appeals.
THE CHAMBER
Research-first advocacy, explained in plain language
Rishabh Dixit is an advocate practising before the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court and, where matters require it, in the district and sessions courts of Lucknow. Over five years of practice, the chamber has carried more than sixty matters to conclusion for individuals, families and businesses across Uttar Pradesh — bail applications, FIR quashings, property and partition suits, matrimonial proceedings, writs and appeals.
The chamber's method is simple and unvarying: research before argument. Precedents, documents and timelines are examined in full before any strategy is proposed, and clients are kept informed after every hearing — what was argued, what the court said, and what comes next.
HOW THE CHAMBER WORKS
Three commitments to every client
Research-first approach
Every case begins with thorough legal research, precedent study and fact-based analysis. Every document, timeline and legal angle is examined to build a strong foundation before a single argument is made. Arguments built this way land harder in the High Court.
Clear communication
You will always know your case progress, next steps, dates and legal options. What happened at the last hearing, what the court said, and what comes next — explained in plain language, not legal jargon, so decisions remain yours to make.
Ethical & result-oriented
Ethical standards, strict confidentiality and transparent billing with no hidden charges. Fees are agreed before work begins. The only priority is achieving the best possible result through strategic, honest advocacy.
